We can also participate in the good management of the heritage of the scouts of Senegal," said Antoine Ghislain Kaly, in an interview given to the Religion Foi channel in Ziguinchor (RFZ).

"During this second term, we want a project for our young people; today, it's about trying to see what project we want for those in charge," said the Commissioner General.

Antoine Kaly announces the revision of the training grid for unit leaders. "We are currently considering the organization of a STIFA (Technical Information and Training Assistant Course) and a STIF (Technical Information and Training Course), for trainers and assistant trainers," he says.

In this restructuring, the Chief Commissioner of the Scouts highlights the need to move towards co-education for the integration of girls. He indicates that discussions have begun regarding a forum on co-education, through the commissioner responsible for gender issues.

The General Commissariat of the Scouts of Senegal, in its strategic directions for 2028, envisions the regionalization of the Fouladou Pakao region. Antoine Gislain Kaly indicated that a committee has already been established for this purpose and that the wait is long in Fouladou Pakao. One of the key objectives is the creation of the Senegalese Scouting Foundation. This task has been entrusted to an expert, according to Commissioner General Kaly. The first draft, which will allow for the establishment of this foundation, will primarily aim to support grassroots groups and move towards the autonomy of the Scout movement, he explained.
