Bourses des étudiants : Cheikh Diba fait une grande annonce

The payment of student grants has been a thorny problem for successive governments for decades. Delays in the disbursement of these allowances are currently causing students at public universities to boycott lectures.
This Wednesday, the Saint-Louis Student Coordination (CESL) renewed its call for a 96-hour strike, during which students will eat at university restaurants free of charge. Meanwhile, at UCAD, the scene of violent clashes between students and law enforcement in recent days, the Collective of Student Associations suspended its strike for 48 hours, in order, according to student leaders, to give a chance to mediation efforts undertaken by religious leaders.
However, Cheikh Diba revealed in the pages of Le Soleil that scholarship payments are underway, with over 24,000 students having received their stipends last Tuesday. The minister added that a budget of 104 billion CFA francs has been allocated for scholarships this year. "We understand the importance of scholarships for students. Therefore, our government will not prevent students from receiving their allowances," the state treasurer vowed.

être encore payer chaque mois est un salaire.
ils touchent alors une double bourse.
on doit arrêter les bourses et généraliser les aides aux étudiants.
Alors, comment ça se fait que les bourses des étudiants qui sont supposées être sur la même liste que les salaires des fonctionnaires, agents de l'État et les députés ne soient pas payées.
Merci de m'éclairer Tous, sauf Karim-Usa et Xeme qui pondent du n'importe quoi comme rakhass kat de la basse-cour pastefienne.
