THIERNO BOCOUM : "On s’épuise à commenter des clashs entre courants d’un même régime"
Lately in Senegal, Thierno Bocoum has observed that the curtain often rises on wrongdoing. The leader of AGIR-Les leaders noted that the people are exhausting themselves commenting on clashes between factions within the same regime, while the state struggles to address the most pressing needs.
"We greet the holding of a political audience with an 'Alhamdulillah', as if the salvation of the Nation depended on an audience and not on the execution of national priorities. While the accessory occupies the stage, the main one remains behind the scenes," he lamented.
For Thierno Bocoum, Senegal is going through concrete difficulties. "The economy is struggling to find its footing, public services are weakened, urgent decisions are left on hold, and yet we are raving about political appearances as if they were modern miracles," Mr. Bocoum fumed.
He added: "It was therefore on November 20, 2025, that the Prime Minister's office finally decided to look into the Economic and Social Recovery Plan (PRES) with a first staged meeting that was widely publicized."
According to the former MP, the Prime Minister has fallen behind schedule on the urgent matter that the President had been demanding for several weeks. He recalled that during the Council of Ministers meeting on October 22, 2025, the President of the Republic had instructed the Prime Minister, the Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation, and the Minister of Finance and Budget to urgently assess the measures and impacts of the Economic and Social Recovery Plan (PRES) and the implementation of the National Development Strategy (SND).
Thierno Bocoum observed that this is precisely the emergency that they are suddenly trying to address. "The president speaks of an emergency, while the prime minister is playing for time. The executive branch is out of sync, and it is the country that pays the price. Today, the question is no longer what is urgent. It is who will finally rise to the occasion. Ultimately, the most urgent matter now is responding to the emergencies," he said.

Finalement, ils sont passés par Karim Wade avec le fameux “coup d’État debout” théorisé par Mahmoud Saleh. La même chose se produit avec Sonko : Madiambal l’accuse de préparer un coup d’État. Les Sénégalais ne sont pas dupes. Dans le cas de Diomaye, il suffit de remplacer Karim par Absa Faye.
Pour la famille de Diomaye, l’arrivée au pouvoir est une aubaine, et c’est Sonko qui les empêche de tourner en rond. Les Occidentaux voient aussi en Diomaye un dirigeant faible et veulent en profiter pour exploiter nos ressources et instaurer un programme d’ajustement structurel. Sonko est gênant pour la mafia sénégalaise et occidentale, qui demande son limogeage.Mais la jeunesse est avec SONKO
Je rappelle ce que j'avais écrit en commentaire: "les plus intelligents d'entre eux commenceront à comprendre dans un an, les autres peut-être jamais. Ce sera Sonko ou Diomaye, ou Sonko et Diomaye. Leurs pires ennemis feront un excellent travail pour eux ." Et cela que Diomaye et Sonko soient en paix ou en guerre entre eux.
